Uttermost accepts returns within 30 days of delivery date. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back and all original shipping charges. Refunds will not be issued for returns damaged during return shipment due to inadequate packaging. Custom products cannot be returned, refunded or canceled.
Items with doorstep delivery will ship via a parcel carrier (like FedEx or UPS) unless otherwise noted.
