Uttermost accepts returns within 30 days of delivery date. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back and all original shipping charges. Refunds will not be issued for returns damaged during return shipment due to inadequate packaging. Custom products cannot be returned, refunded or canceled.
Items with Threshold Delivery will ship via trusted freight carrier. Delivery by appointment. White Glove Delivery available as upgraded shipping.
